A funny and gorgeous TV journalist and actress Dorothy Luceywas a popular American entertainment host and presenter.  She is an ex-reporter and host for the morning news of the Good Day Los Angeles Show at the KTTV from 1995 to May 2012.   She was born on November 19, 1958.  Her birth place has not been yet publicized.   She belongs to white ethnic group. She is an America citizen. She is a dynamic and funniest role model entertainment journalist for the new generation.  She is now 55 years of aged.  Her height is 5 feet 5 inches with sleek legs and nice feet. 

After completion her high-school graduation, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from George Washington University, Washington, D.C. in 1979 with major in political science.  Her school name and graduation dates are not cited in her biography and Wikipedia. 

She began her television journalism career in WNEP in Scranton, Pennsylvania as an on-air reporter.  After quitting WNEP, she shifted to New York City to serve in WABC Network along with Regis Philblin. Later, she quit WABC and joined a sports network of NBC Sports.  In addition, she worked as a co-host on various show, i.e., Attitudes which was broadcasted on Lifetime Television in the Network as a popular show in 1990s.  She had an ample opportunity to associate CBS to host the series show entitled “Howd’d They Do That”in 1992.

In 1995, Dorothy moved to Los Angeles and joined the Good Day Los Angeles Show as an entertainment news anchor and presenter. The formulas of show were comprised wide range of exchanging views or remarks with a lighthearted teasing momentum among three anchors to entertain viewers.  She had played a major role to report wide range coverage of American Idealand reading live news directly from Perezhilton.com and TMZ.com for the viewers.  She also had an opportunity at the red carpet in the Finale of the 2006 American Idol Season. During her professional career, fortunately, she had an opportunity to play brief roles in a few TV shows and movies, and playing frequently as a TV presenter and reporter.

After 17 years long-standing, prestigious and professional career in Good Day L.A., unfortunately, she was leaving it with bitter sweet memories in the last weekend of May 2012, because, the new boss of Good Day L.A. fired her due to her voice made him (new boss)“eyes bleed.”  As a result, her professional career in Good Day L.A. ended on May 25, 2012.

Dorothy is planning and designing her own projects in entertainment journalism and playing in movies and television serials.  She is still popular “entertainment media icon” among her fans and viewers and eagerly awaiting her comeback in her professional entertainment journalism and playing movies and television.

Dorothy got married to David Goldstein in 1993.  The couple had only a young son Nash Her husband is a blogger and ex-talk radio host in Seattle, Washington and hosted the “The David Goldstein Show” on 710 KIRO from 2006 to 2008.   When she was 13 years old, she met Neil Diamond as her first boyfriend. She is a liberal Christian that she declared publicly by broadcasting on Good Day L.A. on October 26, 2006.  She transformed herself and her family from Roman Catholicism to a religious form of Presbyterianism many years ago.   Thus, she liked to prefer discourse on religious revitalization as one of her regular subject content.
